How to Become Accredited

Applicants move through document review, on-site assessment, committee decision, and ongoing surveillance before and after approval.

The live site describes a structured route from application to decision. Applicants are expected to understand the relevant requirements, complete the application pack, submit supporting documents, and make themselves available for office and witness assessments.

  1. Choose the correct scope and review the accreditation requirements in full.
  2. Prepare the application pack, manuals, procedures, and supporting records.
  3. Submit the application with the required documentation and fees.
  4. Complete document review and address any readiness gaps.
  5. Host the assessment team for office and, where relevant, witness activities.
  6. Await committee review, decision, agreement signing, and certificate issue.
  7. Continue with surveillance visits and periodic reassessment after approval.
